It’s time for Massachusetts to join other states around the country and protect residents from PFAS! Please let your State Representative and Senator know that you want them to support and co-sponsor:
- S.1356, H.2197 An Act to protect Massachusetts public health from PFAS (sponsored by Senator Julian Cyr and Representative Kate Hogan): This bill bans PFAS in most consumer products, prevents industrial discharges of PFAS to water, and sets up a fund to help test and treat private wells and public water systems for PFAS.
Contact your MA legislators and ask them to support, co-sponsor, and pass the ban on PFAS! Please consider adding a sentence or two about why you want to see action. Legislators tell us that personalized emails are particularly impactful.
